The best way for friends and family to buy school uniform and supporting your child is buying a Gift voucher. We offer the flexibility for loved ones to purchase gift vouchers in multiple values from £10, £15, £20, £25, £50, £75 and £100. Our gift vouchers never expires and can be used in part or as full payment.
Redeeming a gift card
After the recipient receives their gift card, they can redeem it by purchasing products and entering the gift card code at checkout. You can apply the gift card to any physical, digital, or service product. Gift cards apply to the order total, including shipping. If the order total exceeds the gift card value, you can pay the remaining amount using your debit/credit card or another gift card. If the order total is less than the gift card value, you can complete checkout without another payment method. The amount applied and remaining value displays in the gray box and in the order receipt. All remaining balance is saved and can be used again until full amount is used.

Gift cards are sold as unique digital codes. Uniform Club doesn’t create or ship physical gift cards.
At checkout, a gift card’s value will be subtracted from the order total.

When purchasing a gift card, you will go directly to checkout after clicking Purchase.
Can I split an order between a gift card and a credit card?
Yes. If their order total exceeds the value remaining on their gift card, you can pay the balance using standard payment methods.
Can I use less than the full value of my gift card?
When using a gift card, the full value of the gift card is always applied. It isn’t possible to partially redeem a gift card unless the order total is less than the gift card balance.
Can I use more than one gift card on an order?
Yes. You can apply multiple gift cards to an order.
Can I refund a gift card?
Yes. You can cancel and refund unused gifts cards. Partially used gift cards can't be refunded.
Can I refund purchases made with a gift card?
Yes. Refunding a purchase made with a gift card adds the refunded amount to the gift card's balance.
Can I restrict gift cards to certain items?
No. Gift cards can be used for any order of products. Gift cards can't be used for subscription products.
How do I check their balance?
The recipient will receive an initial email with the gift card balance. After entering the gift card code at checkout, they'll see the remaining balance if there is any.
What do I do if I lose my gift card code?
We can resend the gift email notification, just send us an email with your full name.
Can I set a specific time to send the email to the recipient?
No. Customers who want to send the email to the recipient at a later date should select the Email to You delivery option at checkout. You can then forward the email or .pdf at the desired time.
